Paperpoint.com
This project developed an interactive website for the Fine Paper division of
Arjo Wiggins. It allows designers to order paper samples for themselves and
their clients. The sample processing is fully automated from the placing of the
order to the printing of the despatch note in the warehouse. Paperpoint.com is
fully integrated with the in-house systems of the Arjo Wiggins so that all
sample orders appear in their CRM system.
CRM Project
This project developed a CRM system that is used by the sales and marketing
teams from seven countries. The system is used by office based and field sales
staff. Information on communications, projects, campaign responses, etc. is
shared and can analysed on an individual, country or European basis.
Mail Order System
This project developed a system to support and automate the mail order
merchandise service offered by Manchester City Football Club. The order process
is fully automated from the time of order entry until despatch. This automation
includes orders placed on the website as well as those placed via the call
centre or by post. Order processing time has been greatly reduced and orders
are now typically despatched within 24 hours of being placed.
