We offer a range of kiosk services that can be used individually or in
combination.
Home Delivery
We offer a touch screen kiosk solution that allows customers to place orders for
goods that are out of stock in store or pre-order items ready for their
release. Customers can also buy goods and have them sent home rather than
carrying them around all day. This is a fully configurable solution. The
merchant can easily make items available for sale on the kiosks or remove items
as he or she wishes.
Collection Point
To alleviate pressure in store we offer a kiosk solution that allows a customer
to enter their order and make payment. The customer is then directed to a
collection point to pick up his or her goods. The order is in the mean time
sent immediately to the picking team who select the items ready for the
customer to collect.
Corporate Shopping
We offer a mini kiosk solution that allows you to provide a ‘personal shopping’
service to corporate customers. The mini kiosks can be placed in executive
boxes allowing the guests to browse the products and place orders. The orders
are automatically routed as a priority to despatch staff for picking, packing
and delivering back to the guest.
Refreshments
We also offer a refreshment solution that can be deployed on kiosks, this allows
guests to place refreshment orders on demand without having to attract the
attention of a member of staff. Refreshment orders are automatically sent to
the bar where they appear on a monitor ready for processing.
Our merchandising kiosk solutions all integrate with our standard
order processing system.
The Collection Point and Corporate Shopping Solutions can also be used
with our ‘mini order management’ system for those wanting to use kiosk devices
for same day service without offering mail order type facilities.
Our Refreshment Kiosk Solution comes with its own bar despatch module
as standard. Alternatively, the Refreshment Kiosk Solution can be supplied
integrated with the standard order processing system to get a full history of
customer purchases.
