On-line customers benefit from all the functionality that is part of the
standard system, the latest information on stock availability, emails or text
messages about order progress, etc.
Order progress is highly automated, typically there is no need for human
intervention from the time the customer places their order, until the despatch
note is printed in the warehouse.
Various options are however in place to monitor orders, for example orders over
a certain value or for certain destinations, can be routed for operator
verification before they are released for processing.
